Aluminum Balls

Aluminum balls are mainly used in the stud welding industry in place of fasteners for construction, industrial and automotive applications. Our harder Aluminum balls made from 2017-T4 material are used in aircraft and automotive applications where durability and weight are factors. Other tempers of 2017 Aluminum can be supplied: T0 to T6. Aluminum balls are corrosion resistant. Aluminum balls are light in weight. Aluminum balls are available in a range of sizes, tolerances and grades of aluminum.

Other alloys of Aluminum available upon request.
